Located in center of the city and very convenient to visit famous sightseeing spots in Barcelona. The staff was friendly and capable of speaking in English.

Don't be put off by the 1 star this is an excellent basic hotel and you won't be in the room much with all Barcelona has to offer. Clean, very comfy beds, bathroom is small but functioning and a has a great shower over a half bathtub, we stayed in a room with 4 single beds which worked great for our family with teenage boys, fantastic location slap bang between Plaza Catalunya and Universitat metro stops, and close to Las Ramblas. Airport bus stops at Plaza Catalunya so just 5 min walk. 24hour reception and helpful staff. would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends. We arrived earlier than our 3pm check in time but the room was ready, so we were allowed to check in which was awesome, note that the city tax has to be paid in cash so have some Euros on you (0.50 per person per night I think)

Very clean, small but comfortable. Great location! Short walk to La Ramblas and many places to eat and drink. The staff were super nice and helpful.

Check in should be at 3 PM but we came at 12.30 PM. The staff was really kind & nice & allowed us to check in early. The location is good. Room is quite big with 4 single bedroom & really clean.

I had a very comfortable overnight stay at Hotel Pelayo. Clean room, very clean bathroom. Room size was just sufficient for my need. The location of the hotel is perfect, close to the city centre and to the metro. I appreciate the staff and their service. Thank you very much! I will certainly book here again when I am in Barcelona.

We had a great stay at this centrally located hotel, just a short walk from Plaza Catalunya. The room was clean and the bathroom was well-equipped with everything we needed. The WiFi worked perfectly throughout our stay. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, and they even allowed us to store our luggage after check-out. Overall, we had a good experience and highly recommend this hotel.

The location was excellent, close to placa catalunya. Very clean and secure. Comfortable. Staff were very nice and helpful. I was only in room to sleep, so it didn't matter that it was small

Central location, two minutes walk from La Rambla with lots of restaurants and cafés in the surrounding area. Clean and cozy room. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Excellent location. Daytime reception staff were great - very friendly and helpful. Air conditioning worked very well. Plenty of space in the family bedroom. Shower And bathroom facilities were good. Shower worked great, very powerful, and they provided toiletries. Added bonus.
